AyuSynk Communicating an AI-enabled Healthcare Product
Full creative ownership of a brand film for an AI-enabled medical device, built without a working prototype, used in the investor meeting that led to the company securing funding.
The Problem
AyuSynk was building an AI-enabled digital stethoscope backed by IIT Bombay. The brief was to create a single film that could work in investor presentations, on the website, and as a product explainer. The challenge: the cardio product being developed had no working prototype yet, only the existing digital stethoscope was available to shoot with.
The Thinking
I considered a straightforward product demo first, but quickly ruled it out. A demo of a device that didn't physically exist yet would have nothing real to show. Instead I structured the film in three simultaneous visual streams: centre, left, and right. The centre carried the main sequence, moving through the digital stethoscope, ECG integrations, and app footage I shot and edited directly. The left and right streams ran complementary footage in parallel, creating a sense of depth and motion without needing more product than we had. Stock footage of cardio devices, breathing patients, and monitoring equipment filled what the real product couldn't yet. Between each transition a circle with the AyuSynk brand colours and logo appeared briefly, keeping the brand present without interrupting the flow. The film was designed to loop automatically on the website.
What Was Built
Full creative ownership of the brand vision film, narrative structure, visual decisions, production direction, and final delivery. I also owned the design direction for the AyuSynk website revamp, making all decisions on visual language and brand consistency while working alongside an external agency. The Device App Explainer was shot and edited independently, full ownership from direction through to final cut.
Outcome
The film was used in the investor meeting that led to the company securing funding. It remains the lead brand asset on the AyuSynk homepage today.
Brand Vision Film
A three-layer brand film built to communicate an AI-enabled medical device across investor presentations and the company website. Shot and directed independently using stock footage, the existing stethoscope, and motion graphics to represent the full product vision.
Device App Explainer
A separate how-to video showing the device and app in use, covering the full workflow from setup to output. Shot and edited independently.

E2E Cloud Communication Across a Fast-Moving Category
Product communication, competitive analysis, and AI video production for one of India's leading AI infrastructure companies. Built content systems where none existed, reduced sales friction, and helped clarify how the product was talked about across the team.
The Problem
E2E Cloud was growing fast in a technically complex category. The immediate problem was concrete: no clear product demo existed, the sales team was manually walking users through every step in every conversation, and no single team had the complete picture of what the product did or how to explain it. Product, sales, and marketing each had a piece of it.
Alongside this, the broader communication question was how to stand out in a category where every company led with specifications and assumed the audience already understood the technology.
The Thinking
For the product video, I started by talking to both the product team and the sales team separately. Product knew every technical step. Sales knew exactly where users got confused and what questions came up every time. Neither team alone had the full picture of what the video needed to do. I used product team inputs to ensure technical accuracy, and sales team inputs to decide what to emphasise and in what order, because those were the moments that actually mattered to users.
For the competitive analysis, I reviewed how companies in the AI infrastructure category used video to reach enterprise buyers, developers, and decision-makers. The pattern was consistent across the category: content was demo-heavy and feature-first, with no clear hook for an audience that hadn't already made up its mind. That finding shaped the communication direction for everything I worked on after.
What Was Built
The MyAccount product highlights video, built across three iterations with input from product and sales teams, approved by all stakeholders on the third pass. Multiple versions for different use cases and event demos. A competitive communication analysis covering the AI infrastructure category. A strategic brief on emerging AI production technology. Six AI-produced videos using Veo, HeyGen, Nano Banana, and ElevenLabs, taken from content brief through script development, prompt engineering, and final delivery.
Outcome
The product video reduced the need for manual user onboarding by giving sales a clear, accurate reference. AI production workflows established from zero. Communication assets delivered across a period of rapid category growth.
Sovereignty in AI
AI-produced brand communication piece on AI sovereignty. Script, prompts, and production handled end to end using Veo, Nano Banana, and ElevenLabs.
E2E MyAccount: Product Highlights
Product demo video built across three iterations with the product and sales teams. The first clear walkthrough of the product, used by the sales team to reduce manual onboarding conversations.
E2E Networks TIR Explainer
AI-produced explainer on the TIR AI compute platform. Not an ad, structured to inform and educate the target audience.
vLLM vs Triton
AI-produced technical comparison video explaining the difference between vLLM and Triton inference frameworks for a developer and technical buyer audience.

MyShishu Building a Content Production System
Production leadership across multiple external agencies, coordinating internal and external teams to deliver a 60+ asset educational content library on time, to brief, and to a 95% stakeholder approval standard.
The Problem
MyShishu was building a parenting education platform where parents could purchase and watch educational content. The production challenge was coordination: three agencies across different projects at different times, with a combined internal and external team of around eight people, all working to a consistent brief and quality standard.
The Thinking
I managed the full production cycle, pre-production, production, and post-production, across all agency teams. The first agency we used didn't meet the quality standard, so rather than continuing to iterate on work that wasn't landing, I made the call to move on and find another team. Three agencies in total. Each change came down to the same factors: quality of output, reliability on timing, and whether the team understood the project well enough to deliver without constant correction. I oversaw editors, reviewed cuts, and iterated to final delivery. Before each shoot I worked directly with the CEO to review scripts and align on what each piece needed to communicate, not just what it needed to say.
What Was Built
Production management across three agencies and internal team members, coordinating briefs, shoots, edits, and reviews from start to finish. A QC and review process built from the ground up. 60+ educational content assets delivered on time and published to the platform for purchase and viewing.
Outcome
60+ assets delivered on time across multiple agencies. 95% stakeholder approval rating across curriculum and product teams. Content published live on the platform.
MyShishu, Brand Communication
Brand communication translating the platform's educational vision into clear, parent-facing communication.
Varaive Control Catching Billing Errors Before They Cost You
Varaive Control started from a simple, expensive problem: businesses that route orders through fulfillment and logistics partners pay a monthly invoice most of them never have time to check line by line. I built a tool that checks it for them.
The Problem
Fulfillment and logistics invoices are dense and recurring, and easy to skim past. A rate that quietly drifts, a duplicate charge, a line that doesn't match the agreed contract, none of it looks urgent in isolation, but it adds up month after month. Most businesses either don't check at all, or check inconsistently whenever someone finds the time.
The Thinking
Rather than another tool that summarises a document and asks you to trust it, the goal was to make every finding provable. Each flag comes with the actual numbers behind it, so anyone reviewing it can check the math themselves in seconds rather than taking a black box's word for it. The product also needed to work the moment someone uploads a single invoice, with no integration, signup friction, or sales call required to see value.
What Was Built
A self-serve web product: upload an invoice, get a structured, evidence-backed report showing exactly where the numbers don't add up, arithmetic errors, duplicate charges, and mismatches against your own billing history. Built solo end to end, product strategy, UX, the underlying checks, accounts and data, and the site itself.
Current Status
Live and in early use. Built and shipped independently from first idea through to working product.
Previous product I built: a brand consistency platform for founders and marketing teams.
A set of poster designs across categories, product-led compositions with restrained typography.
Image Generation
Personal Project, Consistent Character Generation
A personal project exploring a consistent character across AI-generated shots, a mirrorless camera, the same person photographing a mountain landscape, journaling, packing camera gear, and heading out the door.
E2E Cloud
A set of AI-generated visuals produced for E2E Cloud across GPU cloud, sovereign cloud, and mobility themes.
